Led the stand-up of the Duracell business unit of Procter & Gamble to support its sale to Berkshire-Hathaway, with a "Big Bang" global implementation of all functionality. Delivered point solutions for global consolidations including intercompany reconciliation and elimination; profit-in-inventory origin reporting and elimination; and isolation of foreign exchange translation, margin erosion (appreciation), and transactional variances from business driver variances.

Architected and led delivery of global SAP solutions at clients including Computer Sciences Corporation, Procter & Gamble (Duracell), Johnson Controls, Kellogg's, K + S (Morton Salt), and Honda Motor Company. Authored and delivered "Leading Practices for Forecasting in an Actual Costing Environment" and "Accounting Change Considerations in an SAP Environment" for SAP Sapphire and SAP Insider Conferences.

Architected and led delivery of global SAP solutions at clients including Unilever, Braskem (Sunoco Chemicals), and Johnson & Johnson. Delivered point solutions for comprehensive profitability variance analysis including reporting of cost of sales at a commodity-component level; disaggregation of trade customization costs to comprising products; activity-based allocations of shared costs to related products; and distribution of customer, brand, and channel specific costs to associated segments.

Architected and led delivery of "Phased" extensions of all U.S. solutions to acquisitions in Mexico, Brazil, Chile, and Argentina, including implementation of the underlying infrastructure. Facilitated decision-making of the Information Technology (IT) Steering Committee (CFO, CEO, CIO and various department VP's). Developed, maintained, and oversaw IT capital plans and annual operational budgets. Drove contract negotiations with software, hardware, and consulting partners.

Led the finance workstream through multiple releases of package-enabled transformations at Rexam, including a "Big Bang" go-live of sales and finance processes for the U.S and "Phased" roll-outs to 17 U.S. plants and 60+ U.S. distribution centers of remaining processes. Delivered various point solutions for automation of routine processes including self-invoicing of freight, outside warehouse, and returnable packaging outsourcing costs; scrap management; cycle counting; and inventory accounting.

Led project teams through multiple releases of an internal package-enabled transformation, including (1) an initial "Big Bang" implementation of all processes for the U.S.; (2) “Phased” integrations by country of all processes for an acquisition with subsidiaries in the U.S., Germany, the U.K., France, Spain, and Switzerland; (3) an upgrade from 4.0 to 4.6C; (4) a divestiture of the operating business to an acquiring company; and (5) a migration to SAP's Service Provider Industry Solution.

Led finance workstreams through package-enabled transformations at clients including Scotts Miracle-Gro, Buckeye Technologies, Capital Group, and Lamson & Sessions. Performed focused improvement and reengineering projects for clients including Transamerica and National City Mortgage. Led audit teams at various financial services and insurance clients, specializing in information systems audits.
