Retained during a Deloitte greenfield implementation to lead testing of SAP S/4HANA, including reporting at the user, team, and governance levels. Delivered SAP S/4HANA Fiori training to end users across multiple locations and business units, as well as provided post go-live support.

Recruited to lead the largest technology project in the company’s 92-year history, and the first CAT dealer SAP S/4HANA implementation globally. Oversaw all requirements gathering, development, testing, delivery, and reporting.
