Owned data sourcing, administration, and analysis for all HCM data at SpaceX including EEO/OFCCP, time-keeping, payroll, benefits, recruiting, environmental health and safety, physical security, and training. Generated meaningful business intelligence products in Tableau, Excel, and Powerpoint using statistical modelling software and Python libraries.

Directly responsible for the welfare and operational success of 40 employees and equipment worth in excess of $10 million. Developed and implemented complex plans for the integration of combat aviation, radar, and intelligence assets in support of ground units as part of Operation Enduring Freedom. Performed risk assessment analysis, developed controls and supervised risk mitigation. Identified, planned and resourced logistical requirements for 40+ operational and training events.
