Research coordinator and grant writer/administrator supporting a young investigator (K01 awardee) cardiologist

Support market research and business consulting firms with research needs
- Consult on and conduct qualitative and quantitative analyses, including interpretation of projective techniques and statistical analysis
- Write reports using established templates and formats; create report shells based on research questions and preliminary findings
- Presenting and interpreting results for end client and internal clients

- Identify clients with market research business needs
- Create winning proposals with research plans and budgets to support client needs
- Execute research plans within budget and on time
- Write and/or supervise the writing of research documents: screeners, discussions guides, quantitative surveys, analysis plans, detailed reports, presentations
- Moderate research interviews with consumers, physicians, other health professionals

- Manage pharmaceutical market research projects across multiple therapeutic areas, including writing proposals, designing studies and questionnaires, testing and pretesting instruments, collecting data, analyzing, writing reports, and presenting results
- Perform statistical bivariate and multivariate analyses, including use of third-party prescribing data and other methods of segmentation
- Supervise up to four part-time Research Assistants
- Manage analysis and use of large databases

- Perform literature searches and reviews
- Complete IRB forms and maintain project compliance
- Collect, enter, and code study data
- Create, manage, and analyze large data bases for quantitative and qualitative research projects
- Moderate focus groups with medical students and residents
- Assist in writing and editing grants, progress reports, abstracts, journal articles, and promotional materials
- Maintain and develop content for program web pages
