At SRR, I was hired as a Sr. Associate (equivalent to an Associate in traditional IB). In this role I had expanded responsibilities for writing confidential information memorandums, developing complete pitchbooks, preparing complete valuation analyses and buyer lists, etc. I also mentored and trained several analysts who contributed on these projects.

I started with BGL right out of undergrad. As a new analyst I was assigned tasks such as developing public market comparable and precedent transaction analyses, as well as conducting market research. I also developed financial models (DCF / LBO) for multiple prospective and engaged clients.
