• Strategize with corporate clients on leadership development needs then design and deliver trainings according to co-created content
• Collaborate with Office Managing Partner, partners and broader Canadian leadership to ensure alignment to critical business needs and ensure teams are staffed with the right combination of expertise and talent
• Guide 60+ consultants on skill development, promotions and professional challenges
• Co-lead semi-annual performance review process to ensure feedback best practices and calibration across consultants
• Plan and facilitate team kick offs and interventions, counseling of client service teams
• Develop and facilitate sessions (including to Partners) on various topics (e.g. EDI, Professional Conduct) and act as co-faculty on large-scale week-long leadership development program
• Co-lead the Education and Skill building pillar of the Canadian EDI strategy, as well the Montreal Women's Network and Mental Health chapter
• Develop and lead trainings for students (internal and external) and lawyers on a variety of topics
• Factoring in labour and employment rules and regulations and HR best practices, develop and deploy strategies recommended to local and national leadership on:
○ career progression (performance evaluations, bonuses and compensation, transitions)
○ pipeline and headcount management (recruitment, hireback after internships, retention initiatives)
○ career development (education programs, skills development, work allocation)
• Support and mentor professionals of diverse backgrounds and skill levels in work-related situations and career planning
• Liaise with law faculties and build local and national recruitment events showcasing firm culture and expertise and lead
• Prepared witnesses for trial, negotiated settlements, conducted examinations, presented arguments in Court, and drafted research memoranda and procedures in various jurisdictions
