Joined the OSC CSA sponsored Integration Program to upgrade/develop the OSC Prospectus applications and to integrate same with the new CSA National Systems Renewal Program implementation for both the Corporate Finance, Investment Fund & Financial Management branches of this regulator. For this regulator, this program involved 8 software application development projects of which I was responsible for delivering 3 to test cycles (SIT/UAT) by May, 2021 - all development completed in Feb, 2021.

Large integration and merger/acquisition program. Working with a large Canadian bank finalizing the acquisition and integration of a US high net worth private bank. The overall program had a budget of $14.6 M over a two year implementation time frame and tracked under budget. Other activities include reporting to executive management on a regular basis, financial tracking, vendor management, contract negotiation and overall program reporting.

Lead an organization & responsible for project management; management reporting and analytics; compliance monitoring & reporting; request management (intake & estimation); business recovery & facility planning; and administrative governance & control. Fostered collaboration by providing a data-driven framework for measuring, managing and communicating the budget, cost, consumption and value derived by the use of technology strategically managing business investments to deliver business results.

Sponsored by TO senior management, lead a small team of consultants to elicit requirements from management (Director level up) to create, implement and manage the Decision Support Framework (DSF). This cost take out initiative provided visibility to all infrastructure idea generation and feedback; optimized decisions - prioritizing TO discretionary budget while providing an audit trail for all multi-million dollar technology decisions.

Contributed to on time, on budget implementation of this critical multi-million dollar enterprise-wide program and exceptional customer satisfaction ratings. Created and executed communications strategy for a refresh & convergence of data networks with IP voice technology. Optimized the telecom annual spend (increasing ROI) by prioritizing discretionary funding. Collaborated with telecom senior management to create, implement and manage the division’s pipeline.
