-Internship at EY-Parthenon M&A as part of a two year MBA program. Worked as part of a consulting team to provide the following:
- Consulting on operational mapping and improvements to improve cash generation cycle
- Worked with senior executives to define and implement KPIs and BI tools
- Helped Improve cash flow forecasting and reporting accuracy across Account receivable and Inventory accounts

- Oversaw financial and commercial diligence projects across industries and geographies.
- Led teams of 3-12 consultants across multiple projects for deals on the buy side and sell side ranging from ~$30MM to $2.8B.
- Provided recommendation to senior executives in corporations/PE funds on financial accounting and Purchase agreement considerations.
- Engaged with senior management, bankers and lawyers to create investment documents, valuation and financial models.

-Co-led audit processes and assessment of all client financial report accuracy, -facilitating accounting and tax recommendations to senior management that increased their tax efficiency and financial reporting compliance
-Worked with senior management of companies to design and implement financial reporting and controls
- Led 2 work streams in preparation for an IPO of a company on the NASDAQ in which it raised $125MM

Part time position that I was working while obtaining my undergraduate degree
- Partnered with the controller and CFO to define and implement a new revenue planning and marketing enterprise platform that generated an increase in cross sale and up sale revenues
- Helped improve internal reporting and compliance through design and implementation of new reporting tools using Oracle Hyperion tools
