The firm was founded to provide an "extraa" hand to CXOs and leaders in their businesses in untracked sectors and areas like ESG/Sustainability. The offerings include process set-up, data review/audit, process improvements/project management, trainings, and off course research and consulting support.

# Set-up practices, processes & projects from scratch; build taxonomy and plans, detailed industry models since 2005 with five years' forecasts, plan and manage entire product portfolio across sectors, 50 countries.
# Responsible to analyze project data in-detail & act as a final quality assurance resource
# Handle clients & consulting assignments end-to-end & conduct custom research. Manage internal & external audits
# Manage outsourced projects including store checks & store surveys.

* Project & People Management: Preparing approach documents and formal proposals, Project planning, Staffing, Time management, Quality checks, Managing Client Deliverables and Evaluations as per Evalueserve guidelines. Handled a team of associates across sectors. Responsible for work allocation, training, evaluation & appraisals.
