• Program Manager [Lululemon, Inc.] – led Product Sustainability Claims Emblement program consisting of four (4) projects to deliver data foundations, update certification processes, and implement lifecycle analysis tools to document and verify sustainable claims for 100% of products.

• Initial contract project (via GS2, Inc.) developed and implemented estimating, RFP, and New Product Introduction (NPI) project management processes.
• Served as business lead for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) [Epicor] requirements planning, vendor selection, design & configuration, testing, training, data migration, and company-wide implementation.
• In addition to individual contributor tasks, the key management function of this role was leading a cross-functional team of engineers, project managers, and estimating professionals to establish and optimize NPI and Engineering Design processes.
• Led requirements planning and directly managed professional service & practice/hospital management software implementation projects for ORS's flagship client: Indiana Orthopaedic Hospital and OrthoIndy Specialist practice – the largest orthopedic specialist practice in the Midwest. Over the 12-month/$2.5M implementation project, ORS successfully trained 600+ users, migrated $750M+ in active receivables across 12 locations around Indianapolis.
• Successfully negotiated and managed two separate acquisitions and the subsequent mergers (2009 and 2013).
• Co-led total marketing and rebranding effort in 2011
• Launched a management consulting arm in 2011 that accounted for 8% of total revenues and 17% of total profits in 2013
▪ Managed beta project execution (total project value: $1.1M) in EM vertical from 2006 to exit in early 2007. Beta project (9-month execution window) completed on-time within 3% of budget.
