• With limited resources, the increased adoption rate for Fax-Thru-Email products. Limited features had stalled growth. With A/B test of “free version” w/limited functionality and in-app upgrade, sign-ups jumped 21%/M.
• Interviewed customers to understand their issues. Added & prioritized requirements to the product roadmap.

Led 4-member team in improving quality and increasing sales of $19M Search Engine Visibility - SEO product.
• Reduced high customer churn by ID’ng and fixing UX/UI & performance issues. ID’d the cause of majority issues as poorly coded core sub-system (Crawler), which was too complex to debug, maintain, or improve.
• ID’d SEO scoring and Biz listing rules gaps; updated score algorithm, gaining $2M & improved NPS scores.
