Managing all private label and licensing Technical Design aspects for both men’s and women’s product. This includes initial spec development and proto making, updating the technical packages and specs throughout the development process until TOP stage. Managing calendar deadlines during the product development lifecycle as well as managing all the fittings ensuring fit, fabric and construction are ready for production and the consumer.
Working with cross-functional teams daily as well as overseas vendors to ensure that production is on time for desired in store delivery.

Product management, creation, and support in Men’s, Men’s Big & Tall, Kids and Baby. Additionally managing all counter sourcing for Men’s and Kids while also supporting Women’s team as needed.

Managed Vinyl POP Product development life cycle and timeline, communicated daily with CFT, licensors and factories to ensure product was meeting desired design idea. Communicated product idea to licensor and in house team from start to finish. Created Tech Packs and ensured that costing and specs are to company need and standards before production.

Managing all Product Development / Technical Design aspects including all development from initial tech pack development and first protos to production tech pack and TOPs. Managing calendar deadlines during the product development lifecycle. Ensuring garment cost aligns with target IMUs. Managing all fittings ensuring fit, fabric and construction are ready for production and the consumer. Sourcing trims and secondary fabrics from vendors. Approving all bulk lots for production and problem-solving issues that might come up along the way. Working with design, materials, PLM, Sourcing and QA teams to ensure all the elements used within the garment are buy ready for production. Working with cross-functional teams daily as well as overseas vendors to ensure that production is on time for desired in store delivery.
