Led the integrated strategic planning for recovery of the Airline from the Spring 2020 travel demand decline. Led a team of 40 professionals who manage Delta's aircraft related strategic sourcing activities including Engines, Components, Airframe MRO services and Aircraft Interiors totaling approximately $3.6B in annual spend. Responsible for developing the Strategic Fleet Vision, lead with analytical/modeling rigor around fleet lifecycle decisions and influenced $4-5B in Capex.

I led a team to create a strategic fleet plan that included retirement and acquisition planning for a fleet of over 900 mainline and 600 regional aircraft totaling over $3B in annual Capex. I was instrumental in post-merger integration of American and US Airways fleets to achieve fleet commonality. I held a number of leadership positions in financial and strategic planning as part of a leadership development program.
