• Designed and delivered from concept to completion Future of Work program for integrated global nonprofit health enterprise clients: Bioethics Committee Members, Corporate Risk Managers, Clinical Ethics Advisors, and Employee Relations Managers.
• Created a central, unified definition of the future of work and ensured the future work model was equitable. Developed future of work strategy working with multiple cross-disciplinary team members.

• Mediated a range of disputes including entrenched personality conflicts, complex discrimination cases, grievances, wage and working conditions, unfair labor practices, impact bargaining, citizen-government disputes, and complex multi-party public processes.
• Facilitated interest-based agreements and contract negotiations.

• Created developed, and produced white label, sustainable goods for Anthropologie, part of URBN, a portfolio of global consumer goods. Project management included manufacturing, trade show production, procurement, social media, and e-commerce.

• Performed High-Level Dialogue (HLD), Executive-Level Correspondence (ELC), speechwriting, translation, interpretation, and dispute resolution in English and French. Liaised with 181 Missions, the United Nations, and its organizations.
