Key transactions included fundraise for cell and gene therapy CDMO (Virocell biologics), corporate agreement with Chinese partner and UK biotech (Sansure / Quantum Dx), RedxPharma $34m secondary fundraise

Built strong foundation at Deloitte having spent 3 years in Audit for Investment management and PE working for BT Pension Scheme and Norges Bank as well as achieving ACA (Chartered Accountant with the ICAEW) qualification.

Moved to financial advisory (corporate finance) division within Deloitte and started in the healthcare M&A team working on multiple transactions including the sale of Lifeworks (Rehabilitation Clinic) to the Priory Group, Akari Care Group (42 care homes) to the Carlyle Group, Carve out and sale of multiple divisions of Iconex Global.
