Served a senior-level strategist and executive team advisor guiding the design and implementation of a future state strategy for Autotrader and its 4 acquisitions into an automotive and digital platform to improve the buying and selling of vehicles. This led to the formation of the AutoTrader group which became the preferred online automotive market place for over 15 million consumers and over 15,000 automotive dealers (new and used).

Led strategy management engagements for Fortune/Forbes 500 organizations. Partnered with senior leaders to clarify, articulate, execute, monitor, and manage strategy. Worked alongside, Drs. David P Norton and Robert S Kaplan the originators of the Balanced Scorecard and globally recognized thought leaders in strategy management.
