My role involved managing operations (product development, marketing and business development) as well as defining a Turnover Strategy for the underperforming brand.

Peerform sources borrowers, reviews applications, assesses the risk and offers secured and legal transactions to investors. I was recruited as first employee to start the company's operations. My responsibilities included defining and implementing operational strategy, overseeing investor relations recruiting and managing the team.
