Primary accountability for the financial, administrative, and risk management operations of the Company, including the development of financial strategy, metrics tied to that strategy, and the ongoing development and monitoring of systems and processes designed to support growth and profitability and maximize shareholder return.

Head of Finance/Accounting reporting directly to the CEO with overall responsibility for:serving as key strategic advisor to CEO for operational and planning decisions while increasing sales and profitability by CAGR of 25%+ and leading the finance and accounting functions with significant improvements to the accuracy and relevance of financial and management reporting and financial forecasting and analysis.

Responsible for the daily operations of the accounting/finance department including accounts payable/expense control, accounts receivable/revenue recognition, cost accounting, financial operations/billing, financial/management reporting, fixed assets, general ledger, insurance program management, inventory management, payroll and benefits administration, tax (sales and use, income, franchise), and treasury/cash management.

Overall responsibility for the leadership and coordination of financial and management accounting and reporting, treasury and cash management, internal controls over financial reporting, insurance and risk management, and tax strategy and compliance

Led multiple client service teams in the delivery of assurance solutions to SEC registered clients within the consumer finance and investment services industries.

Oversaw the Company’s periodic financial and investment reporting as well as regulatory reporting to the SEC ensuring reporting was in accordance with U.S. GAAP, relevant industry and regulatory standards, and SEC rules and regulations

Managed corporate accounting, accounting policy/research, and external financial reporting for the Company’s combined and consolidated operations and its broker-dealer, investment advisory, real estate holding, trust company, and foreign subsidiaries

Supervised the assurance and business advisory services provided to clients within the consumer finance, e-commerce, and private equity/venture capital industries.
