Josh has extensive experience as a healthcare strategy and business transformation leader building and integrating solutions at the intersection of technology, customer-design, and operations. Josh is a leader with experience in several complex, matrixed organizations; a communicator who builds relationships up, down and across the organization; a partner working with intrapreneurs and entrepreneurs to solve critical healthcare problems related to cost, access, engagement, and experience.

As chief of staff, I worked with two Senior Medical Directors and their health plan partners to oversee 900 primary and specialty care providers managing ~400,000 patients.

As a co-founder of the Healthcare Incubation Lab, I managed a portfolio of experiments to develop insights and offer health and health benefits recommendations related to alternate care models and provider-data integration

Developed strategy/business cases – for example, telehealth, physician designation, shared decision-making, health navigator and accountable care. Created presentations for Board, executive committees and external organizations.

Led corporate initiatives including patient centered medical home accreditation planning, provider compensation program, managed care work team, and primary care residency program accreditation.
