- Establish research operation processes
- Assist in design & execution of CMC workflow for a preclinical vaccine candidate, including risk/mitigation analyses, assay development, and subcontractor management
- Lead meetings and prepare reports to communicate progress & key outcomes to external stakeholders and for regular internal updates
- Mentor 8 junior staff & interns

- Developed prototype of a vaccine platform for multiple antigens to protect against infectious diarrheal diseases in resource-limited settings
- Identified new antimicrobial compounds active against multidrug resistant Gram-negative bacteria through high-throughput drug screening
- Assisted in securing funding for 2 translational projects & communicated findings at professional conference and through 3 peer-reviewed publications
