Performed frequent and rigorous valuation work including company and transaction comparables, DCF analyses, and LBO analyses for numerous clients and opportunities. Conducted extensive product, customer, raw material, margin, and other analysis to simulate and anticipate due diligence queries. Co-authored numerous confidential information memorandums and other marketing materials.
