Oversee the HR functions primarily responsible for ensuring that the employee experience at SKF is one that continousily supports our employees’ development, sense of belonging and careers throughout the various phases of their time with SKF from onboarding and career advancement/development

• First ever Diversity Equity Inclusion role at the company to lead, design, implement and promote an employee experience and inclusion enterprise-wide global strategy that is embedded into all our talent processes.
• Serve as a thought partner to the CEO, CHRO, Senior Management team, and HR Leadership team to influence
investments needed to achieve excellence in diversity, equity, inclusion, and the overall employee experience.

Develop, support, and design programs to facilitate DEI and Talent Development change initiatives
• Design and implement all leadership strategic programs that drive culture change with their teams.
*Diversity and Inclusion Certified, facilitate and create content for D&I initiative impactful programs for 22,000 of BBU associates.
* COE for all HR leaders for learning and DEI strategies

Was given the title to be Leader for our ERG to lead diversity, community and education efforts within Sungard AS.
*Manage our professional development offerings,
* Organize, plan, schedule, and implement all phases of a learning and development project from inception to completion
* Lead our New Hire Global Onboarding process and facilitate learning
* Lead the Buddy Program for North America for all New Hires
* Facilitate and design programs for Executive Leadership

Own the creation and execution of Swash, , a new joint venture between Whirlpool Corporation and Proctor and Gamble
• Build strong relationships with divisions of supply chain, operations, marketing, store operations, customer sales teams
• Responsible for developing and implementing sell in and sell through strategies/tactics
• Managing a 1.2 Million dollar account 3rd party company Marketsource
• Deliver volumes/margins and store count consistent with projections and new revenue growth.
