Formed Oak Creek Advisors in 2017 to provide capital raising and strategic advisory services to public and privately-held commercial real estate owners across the full spectrum of CRE property types (e.g., office, industrial, retail, multi-family, as well as self-storage, manufactured housing, healthcare and hotel/lodging assets).

Real estate investment banking. As a banker, I've raised over $30B in debt and equity capital for my real estate clients, consisting of publicly-traded REITs/REOCs (syndicated/underwritten public offerings) and privately held CRE owner/operators (primarily via joint-ventures with institutional equity sources). I’ve provided strategic advisory services, including over $20B in buy-side and sell-side REIT M&A transactions, as well as other corporate advisory assignments.

Prior to my career in investment banking, I was a Naval Officer, flying the EA-6B Prowler aircraft. I deployed with VAQ-141 to the Mediterranean and Persian Gulf in 1997 on the luxurious accommodations of the USS John F. Kennedy (CV-67) and again in 1999 on the USS Theodore Roosevelt (CVN-71). I amassed over 1,000 total flight hours, 240 carrier landings, and was awarded three Air Medals for combat missions over Serbia/Kosovo and Iraq.
