Functioned as client partner of Derivatives and Data Services for migration of accounting systems to the State Street Bank, this program was $20M spread over a 4 year period. Partnered with 30 application owners with over 40 applications to strategize and execute multiple cycles of integration, fallback, and go-live rollout cycles. Managed product management teams for OTC Trading, Risk Exposure and Collateral Margining system, and delivered annual cost savings of 20% by supporting the 2x growth of OTC trade processing volume.

Architected middle office integration of Interests and Credit Derivatives with the BlackRock Aladdin trading to do 100% of automation by eliminating manual touch points by operation teams. Enhanced the Calypso trading system to digitize handling of derivative legal agreements that resulted in $1m savings for the legal team by eliminating custom development by external vendors. Developed the payments settlement system to process derivative payments with external banks, which resulted in a 2.5x times capacity increase for the OTC global operations team. Redesigned the trade confirmation and trade notification workflows, which resulted in reduction of daily support tickets volume from 20% to 8%. Envisioned the Block trade allocation front end for the Equity Portfolio team, resulting in major time savings for trading team and reduction of booking errors. Designed a margin management system with RESTFul APIs to replace an old legacy system, which resulted in cost savings of $200k annually.
