● Change management: Developed change management plan to relaunch eBay’s annual employee grantmaking program as part of a team of four. Developed communications for ~15,000 employees globally.
● Corporate communications: Planned, wrote, and edited multiple internal and external corporate blog posts on a weekly cadence.

● Talent strategy: Conducted a 6-week diversity process audit with a small biotechnolgy firm. Deliverables included training development and delivery for senior leaders; process recommendations for employee hiring and onboarding; and the design and delivery of a company values workshop.
● Diversity research: Designed and implemented an interview-based research project on hiring processes in technology companies and how they relate to diversity.
