Led initiatives to expand and automate IT Operations at a large logistic services provider, supporting wholesale, retail and eComm (Direct-to-Consumer) fulfillment distribution centers.
Projects included:
- Robotics (Pick-To-Light automated robotics system),
- DC Automation (sorters, conveyors and video inspection automation with WMS Integration),
- Mobile (migrated warehouse operations to a new Android mobile platform).

Led the IT Organization through several large scale projects:
Integration - RAPID integration of acquired companies, (infrastructure standardization and consolidation, establishing a new IT organization from the combined talent pool)
Applications - Oracle EBS deployments at the parent and all acquired companies.
Infrastructure - redesign main data center, growth of manufacturing facilities, integration of 3PL into current operational processes

Supported several IT M&A Integration Projects of acquired companies globally.
Implemented Oracle eBusiness Suite process manufacturing at the parent company and all acquired companies.
Design and re-build of the company data centers and IT Infrastructure throughout the US.

Reporting to the CFO, directed and provided technology leadership for North Americas operations, supporting 1000+ employees across 8 sites .
Supported rapid growth of the company in North America, including new facilities, Oracle EBS depoloyments, BI Solutions, and VOIP platforms.
