I own my own consulting company offering project management with a focus on organizational change (stakeholder engagement, change impact mitigation, and communication planning). For the past two years, I've PMed an organizational change team supporting a greenfield SAP rollout for a 10k+ employee manufacturing company.

Serving as Program Manager & Org Change Advisor for a ServiceNow implementation of a Financial Technology company "rebooting" their ITS ERP environment. Scope includes a completely new technical foundation as well as redesigning / redeploying all internal & external IT workflows.

Hired to establish an IT PMO at a small independent energy company in 2018 where two earlier attempts had already failed. Responsibilities included working with senior leadership across the org to create & implement a new technology and budget allocation approval process. Also established roles & responsibilities around IT project management delivery, developed a “PM Toolkit” and trained all IT staff on basic PM skills. Resulted in improved delivery for all portfolio metrics (scope, schedule, budget) and saved $2MM a year in contract PM costs.

Managed a variety of IT projects including areas such as content management, business process, and geology and geophysics workflows.

Promoted to Change Manager to manage organizational change for IT projects, aligning stakeholder engagement activities with overall project timelines. Balanced 5-15 projects at once, bringing a fresh and creative approach to organizational change.
