A global consultancy recognized they were not harnessing the full capabilities Pardot offered. Much of the work was being handled manually and wasn’t scalable. After assessing the organization, it became clear most of the issue was lack of knowledge of the product and how to design Pardot to do the work for the marketing teams. I rolled out solutions in Americas, tested, and optimized scalable solutions. Created documentation, video training, virtual live training.

I was brought in to review the implementation, align Pardot with the sales process and methodology, create the if/then logic of multiple engagements based on field changes in Salesforce as students moved through the University selection process.
