The Asia Pacific Strategic Projects team provides internal consulting for regional CEO and leadership team. I worked closely with Deloitte executives across functions/business units and across geographies in developing and implementing strategic initiatives.

Consulting for client management on a variety of business issues including performance management, strategic planning, analysis of new initiatives, and IT strategy. Worked collaboratively in teams with both Deloitte and client personnel. Managed client relationships and junior staff in project delivery.

Performed strategic and financial analysis involving multiple independent operating companies within Maple Leaf Foods spanning the protein value chain. • Led Six Sigma greenbelt project to design a management report for the protein value chain, capturing financial results and key performance indicators for feed production, hog production, pork and poultry processing, and rendering; improved overall efficiency in the reporting of benchmarks across the value chain.

• Performed in-depth financial due diligence investigations relating to proposed strategic acquisition or equity investment; analyzed and evaluated target companies in short timeframes to identify key risk areas of the business; communicated findings and recommendations in written reports presented to clients. Client investments/financing ranged from $2 million to $500 million.

Supervised teams of up to five junior staff on audit engagements while communicating continuously with engagement partners, managers and the clients’ management staff. Worked on clients in various industries including entertainment, automotive, real estate, and pharmaceutical.
