Provided program design, implementation,and evaluation support as well as partnership management for Merck for Mothers, Merck's 10 year, $500 million maternal health initiative. Offered strategic counsel to clients for public health investments. Derived recommendations from quantitatively and qualitatively assessed stakeholder interviews to inform a $2M healthcare program investment. Developed tool to track client investment pipeline across multiple portfolios.

Researched benchmark healthcare initiatives among leading public health foundations, government agencies, and corporations, synthesized findings with a comprehensive literature review, and derived recommendations to inform client investments. Wrote and edited policy briefs to inform stakeholder interviews and client presentations. Conducted qualitative analysis of stakeholder interviews to inform case studies, position papers, and client presentations. Drafted high level client-ready briefs.

Designed and initiated a plan for an impact evaluation of all reproductive health services implemented since Roots of Health’s inception. Re-hauled data collection, monitoring, and analysis tools and procedures to enhance a SMART approach to ongoing program monitoring and evaluation; included development of standard operating procedures and training materials. Provided results of the impact analysis with recommendations for continued improvements to the data collection and analysis tools.

Utilized novel approaches to streamline operational aspects of infectious disease project management.
