Consult on growth strategy, fundraising and operational efficiency. Primarily work with early stage companies (Series A), helping them refine company growth strategy, prepare for fundraising (pitch, financials, growth initiatives), and refine operations and hiring/team.

Served as right hand to the CEO in an internal consultant role. Worked cross functional to support entire business (position frozen during last couple months due to pandemic).

Led expansion into Brazil and Mexico. Designed and managed international expansion process - from hiring to financial planning, partnerships, legal work and day to day management.

Served as General Manager for Brazil and Mexico during initial 3 months of expansion into both markets.

Conducted data research, financial models, expert interviews and built client ready presentations.
