• FP&A. Created company’s first financial forecast, designing company and department-level KPIs; assisted business units in vendor negotiations and project budgeting; redesigned sales pipeline management and contracting process
• International Expansion. Led the structuring and negotiations for several international JVs and partnerships
• HR Administration. Completed selection and onboarding of new PEO, including new benefits package and company’s first 401k; created or modified employment agreements and established formal policies

• First strategic finance hire, promoted from FP&A manager to VP Finance, leading entire finance function and managing 5 team members across accounting, FP&A and corporate finance within 6 months of joining organization
• Corporate Finance. Executed $14.5M debt refinancing resulting in $7.5M savings over 3-year period; secured $12M stalking horse bid for Series D equity financing; oversaw buildout of 70K sq ft office and sublease of 20K sq ft at a profit; managed Board and investor reporting
• FP&A. Led the design and implementation of financial planning and forecasting functions; created and operationalized collections process reducing DSO from 90+ to 30 days within 3 months; led and managed several cost savings initiatives reducing operating expenses by $1M per month; collaborated with sales leadership to design and administer variable compensation plans for all sales functions
