Leadership role on 3 ERP implementations (SAP, Oracle, Maximo); implemented ERM & BPM; documented 500+ processes.

Established and led Investment Banking Division for the largest bank in Pakistan. Raised the bank’s brand image and fee-based income from corporate advisory, bond issues and syndications. Led acquisition of financial instution.

As part of the Investment Banking Group in Pakistan, led privatization transactions with active participation in corporate bond issues and syndications.

Reporting to the CFO managed a team of 12 people and supervised accounting, reporting, payroll and taxation.

Joined the firm in Pakistan and conducted various audit, consulting and taxation assignments.
