Researched and tracked current market trends, developed and maintained financial models, identified operational efficiency improvements, and evaluated investments in new technologies, product and service offerings, and energy assets for electric utilities, energy companies, and government agencies.

As a Research Fellow at the Harvard University Kennedy School of Government, I designed an energy technology investment portfolio for the U.S. Federal Government to implement for public and private research, development, demonstration, and deployment to accelerate U.S. energy technology innovation. Colleagues proposed the completed portfolio to the Obama White House Office of Science and Technology Policy in late 2011.

Estimated effect of proposed environmental control technologies on power plant performance and emissions, helped grow international and interagency collaborations to demonstrate new technologies, and reviewed policies and research program investments for the U.S. Department of Energy.
