Managed a program worth $17M with a staff of 15 for VISN 10 and 20 with 28,000 end users.

Developed strategic transformation of IT modernization initiatives and strategic direction of migrating systems and applications to the cloud within 10 regions nationwide with an annual program budget of $30M with a staff of 30 focusing on IaaS, SaaS, and PaaS.

Developed the strategic implementation of an Electronic Records Management System and designed the technical solution for Big Data systems (Hadoop, Cassandra), in compliance with federal records and privacy regulations.
