● Provided executive leadership of preclinical collaborative cell biomechanics study managing 30 personnel between immunology, pathobiology, and experimental soft matter mechanics laboratories
● Authored several peer-reviewed publications, including Cell Reports article discovering role of mechanical memory in breast cancer metastasis, leading to the formation of MECO Diagnostics
• Engineered complex and physiologically accurate in vitro polymeric micro-environments facilitating cutting-edge high-speed and long-scale observation of native versus tumorigenic cellular invasive capacities.
• Innovated and developed novel quantitative live imaging assays validating theoretical biophysical modeling predictions of bacterial motility, single cell invasion and collective migration dynamics.
