On client engagements, I acted as a program / project manager leading medium to large complexity projects adding proven value to their business
As a member of the senior management team at Centric, I worked with partners to define the direction of the business unit, sell and deliver work and recruit and develop talent

While working as an independent consultant, I managed and performed day to day operations of Cardinal Health Global Employee Portal including prioritizing new features, leading projects to improve functionality, integrating with other systems and defining and implementing strategy for the team and the site

As a consultant for HMB, I performed Project Management, Analysis, Design, and Development for building the Internet site for an Electric Power Cooperative with the goal to enhance the client’s presence on the Internet and enable online account access and bill payment

Led various projects working with client executives to design, build and rollout IT solutions to support their business. At one client the work included leading a team of eight consultants and client staff to build the document management portion of a B2B collaboration site. At another, led a team of consultants in the design and development of an integration system to accurately deliver product, customer and order information between a remote electronic commerce web site and a local ERP
