Built framework to execute strategy and worked as the conduit between HQ and China to identify potential candidates for partnership and Business Development.

Developed and executed a strategy and process to identify and prioritize continuous improvement projects to address critical issues within the Global Medical organization and in coordination with the Medical division. Ensured colleagues had the appropriate level of sponsorship, training and coaching to lead a project.

Served as the PMO to the R&D Operational Excellence Board. Provided oversight for the continuous improvement project portfolio, including monitoring project progress and impact on operational performance metrics. Developed a process and tools to prioritize projects with the goal of optimizing the portfolio to meet financial, resource and speed targets.
