Partnered with Senior Portfolio Managers to successfully create and monitor discretionary portfolios and portfolio managers resulting in consistently positive Alpha. Actively created 25 new prospects per month through cold calling, social media and networking activities.

Managed business development, account opening and investment selection for UHNW (Avg $50MM+) Chicago and Wisconsin markets. Partnered with key stakeholders to resolve client issues, facilitate information sharing, and expedite resolutions. Produced daily/weekly models and scorecards detailing volume and performance metrics against benchmarks.

Managed five-analyst team responsible for company acquisition financial analysis and due diligence for $40B USD in assets. Performed quarterly review of P&L deliverables; portfolio pricing, corporate actions, and P&L reporting. Successfully assumed additional responsibility of annual/quarterly reporting of the Federal Reserve FR Y9C, Y9LP, Y11, Y2314, and SEC 10Q and 10K reporting processes.

Conducted supervisory exams for the community bank portfolio that included consumer compliance risk management, enforcing fair lending laws and regulations, provisions to CRA and all applicable technical laws and regulations applicable to consumer protection.
