● As Chief of Party/Team Lead in Jakarta, Indonesia, led team of 25 staff across three offices through technical and operational project close for USAID’s $20M higher education sector capacity building project supporting 50 higher education institutions.

● Contributed to Chemonics’ business development efforts in the peace and conflict mitigation and education sectors by conducting research in Bangladesh, Iraq, Jordan, Ghana, and Morocco, writing proposal sections, coordinating and managing proposal teams, and preparing proposal budgets.
● Delivered in-country project support, including overseeing grants administration, leading aspects of work planning, participating in semiannual strategy review sessions, and directing closeout, operations, and finance management in country.
