Advise organizations on how to navigate geopolitical risks, specializing in global catastrophic risks and frontier risks

Launched the strategic communications strategy, policies and processes for the Office of Nuclear Smuggling Detection & Deterrence, a $185 million/year program established to mitigate nuclear and radiological material trafficking across 90 countries; major projectsincluded:
• Advised on future strategies for industry engagement and countering misinformation and disinformation in nuclear security
• Developed communications and media strategies for senior officials, at the Undersecretary and Cabinet levels, for counter nuclear smuggling initiatives
• Developed strategic messaging that encouraged international adoption of new and advanced nuclear material detection technology over older technologies and processes
• Coordinated the U.S. Secretary of Energy's messaging for nuclear and radiological industry engagements and bilateral meetings for the 2022 International Atomic Energy Agency General Conference

Served a two-year term as an ex officio board member including serving on the Board's Advancement Committee

Advised the Office of the Secretary Defense on the U.S. implementation of the Chemical Weapons Convention as well as all U.S. conventional arms control commitments, duties included:
• Oversaw the a $42 billion program established to destroy U.S. chemical weapons in a safe and environmentally responsible manner using first-of-a-kind technology
• Monitored and evaluated multimillion-dollar programmatic risks, ranging from environmental permitting to staffing and supply chain shortages
• Evaluated weapons systems and their deployments to ensure compliance with all U.S. conventional arms control commitments
• Served as a technical advisor for diplomatic engagements
• Advised senior defense officials on U.S. government engagement with local regulators, citizens' commissions, and activists, particularly pertaining to public concerns over hazardous waste

Evaluated U.S. Navy and U.S. Army laboratories and installations to verify compliance with the Chemical Weapons Convention, Biological Weapons Convention, and various conventional arms control commitments
