• In addition to my role as QA manager, I was also the Accreditation Manager for 3 years; I later handed off those duties to focus on QA. During that time, I was responsible for maintaining previously existing agreements with multiple providers as well as applying for and receiving APS's own ACCME & ANCC accreditation status. These roles complemented each other nicely; both required great attention to detail.
• Reviewed all content prior to production (logged/verified bugs accordingly): content management (copy QA, proofreading) and website QA.
