Hired by Immunomedics, Inc. in 2019, to build out and direct FP&A department in advance of commercialization. Gilead Sciences acquired Immunomedics in October 2020. Pre-acquisition, supervised a team of four who served as business partners to all key areas of the organization. Post-acquisition, served as integration lead for the legacy Immunomedics Finance organization to transition policies, procedures and systems to Gilead.

Continually improved internal/external reporting and annual budget and forecast processes for the corporation and its four business units. Delivered in-depth analysis on operational performance to internal executive leadership and Board of Directors. Led Management Discussion & Analysis (MD&A) and quarterly analyst call processes in support of new debt requirements. Supervised one staff person and served as corporate liaison to business unit CFOs and Finance Directors.

Managed finance activities including annual plan, quarterly re-estimate, month-end close and management reporting for RAC-US back office departments. Served as point person for most of Ricoh’s key special project evaluation, forecasting, accounting and reporting. Supervised five staff people and interfaced with US area heads and parent company personnel from Japan.

Coordinated annual planning and re-estimate processes for Bed Bath & Beyond, Harmon and Christmas Tree Shops. Supervised one staff person.

Managed budgeting, reporting, forecasting and planning functions for company-wide Capital and Information Technology spending. Supervised two staff people.

Completed pricing and sales volume planning functions for Corolla, Matrix, Sienna, Celica, ECHO, MR2 Spyder and Scion brand, and Subcompact, Sporty Subcompact and Passenger Van vehicle segments.

Coordinated division income statement and controlled expenses for luxury vehicle division. Supervised one staff person. Developed a Balance Sheet and Statement of Cash Flow forecasting model. Developed a volume and cost-based methodology to forecast short-term debt requirements. Created and tracked $100 million Information Technology budget.• Set pricing for Altima and Maxima vehicle lines. Studied and reported all competitive activity in the Midsize Car segment.

Prepared and reviewed individual tax returns for Japanese expatriates working in the United States. Completed individual and corporate quarterly estimates, extensions and tax returns. Performed financial audits of several different organizations.
