Ontario Net Zero Grid Policy and Strategy
• Administered 3 projects related to Net-Zero goal policy for Ontario and Germany, demonstrating strong leadership and project management skills while ensuring budget accountability
• Interviewed experts and organized & conducted a webinar to exchange best practices between stakeholders on net zero grid policies and shared the key outcomes in a research document
• Mentored a team of 2 junior resources while ensuring projects are effectively contributing to Pembina's objectives
• Coordinated, reviewed & delivered 3-4 technical reports and briefing notes of net-zero grid projects in Ontario, in accordance with Canadian net zero goals and expert advice from Ministry of Energy, IESO, OEB and the utilities
• Headed and prepared a response to questions outlined in the Electricity Energy Efficiency Programming Post 2024 notice on CDM framework
• Engaged with internal & external stakeholders, fostering relationships & collaboration in the realms

Proposal Preparation for Active and Passive opportunities
• Spearheaded full proposal cycle for proposals ranging from 1Mn to 1.8Bn for various types of clients like international
funding agencies, private and governments sector clients
• Managed the entire RFP/RFQ/RFIs/EoI, including identification, proposal development and submission, ensuring quality and timeliness. Helped grow revenue by identifying, developing & delivering persuasive proposal responses
• Worked on 200+ proposals during my tenure with a 50% win rate
• Established & built strategic partnerships with key stakeholders and collaborated with companies on major JV
• Assisted in planning and executing client initiatives centered on renewable energy and sustainability.
• Facilitated bid drafting according to writing guidelines and approved storyline, directly drafting generalist sections and
overseeing consistency of specialist sections
Project Execution (Post winning the Proposal)
• Led research on clean energy

Installed Biogas plant under the National Hygiene Mission and captured carbon credits as part of the program by registering under Gold Standards program.
