Directed the development of $50 million engineering infrastructure to support a $800 million NASA program. Managed a technical staff of 160+ (120 direct employees + Consultants and subcontractors). Led the selection of technology and vendors to develop the engineering infrastructure and then directed the integration effort that involved development of over 300,000 lines of custom code with 15 commercial software products. The endeavor was successful and was deployed in 4 NASA sites.
