Recruited by CEO to design and develop the firms Organizational Effectiveness (OE) practice while at the same time lead the Training and Development workstream for a large national craft brewing company, who’s 50% growth in workforce required the need for a formalized training program.

Responsible for working with clients across multiple industries throughout USA, Canada, China and Australia to identify and address people and organization opportunities to enable the achievement and sustainability of strategic business objectives.

Joined a former leader and mentor to build a new startup consultancy for website development. Within months an exceptionally talented programmer on the team invented software called MobileLynX to run on mobile handheld devices: Palm Pilot, HP, Blackberry. We changed course and I managed the development team, as well as supported the Sales Team with demonstrations and client implementation planning and execution.

• Manager of the Europe Africa region of a clients Y2K project: coordinating resources across eight countries, software/hardware procurement and delivery, implementation and training in eight languages.
• Manager of the Order Management system team of 12 Programmers, Systems Analysts and Database Administrators; collaborating and integrating with other system teams on a daily basis for large outsourced account of a consumer products corporation.
