Primarily in the areas of FP&A, Project Management, Acquisition, Divestiture, Modelling, Financial Reporting, IPO, Post-Merger Integration and ERP Migration. This is a true "roll up your sleeves" environment, where "hands on" is the byword.

Overall responsibilities included preparing quarterly and annual financial statements and MD&A, drafting accounting memos for significant accounting issues, leading the relationship with external auditors and other advisors. Application, interpretation, and implementation of complex and evolving accounting standards for investment entity under IFRS 10. Prepared GAAP analysis between IFRS and US GAAP.

Lead the implementation of tier 2 ERP.

Provide pre–deal evaluation, financial deal modelling, vendor due diligence, pre- deal negotiation, financial due diligence and structuring & post deal negotiations, and management presentation. Project Mgmt.

Assess potential regulatory reporting implications of a transaction (carve-outs, significance test, filing requirements, proxy filing, pro-forma, statutory FS etc)

Lead PMO with strong focus on timeline and flag off significant issues and resolve them to avoid value deterioration.
