Led business development and grew business in India, Southeast Asia, Australia and the US. Responsible for the growth of the team, recruiting, training, and performance management. Successfully mentored and grew the team from just two persons to total team strength of 15.

Evaluated the feasibility and formulated a business plan for the launch of 'Asset-Backed Finance' products.

Led new product introduction, and key account management at semiconductor clients (Samsung, Hynix, Toshiba, Elpida, Chartered, TSMC and UMC) in South East Asia, Japan, Taiwan, and Korea. Work with headquarter (US) to develop and characterize the next generation of products.
