I create tailored solutions for clients rather than restructure clients for a particular frame work because a strategy is only as effective as its execution. The focus is increasing profitability which is primarily done through strategy creation/correction, cost reduction, and operational efficiency.

I work horizontally across the company to solve our most pressing challenges. Some focus areas have been S&OP process improvement, strategy, analytics, FP&A, vertical integration, and M&A.

I perform diligence prior to investments and provide recommendations to our investment team. Part of my diligence is to verify financials (if we get that far in a potential investment), operational ability, current strategy and path to growth and profitability, our ability to add value beyond capital.

After an investment, I operate in a similar manner but I also provide consulting to the company to aid our capital as well as report to our investment team on the status of the company.
