I was responsible for data-driven organizational excellence. This included selecting/developing new systems and overhauling existing ones, organizational process management & redesign, and building robust analytics and reporting capabilities to drive strategy. When our team was quite lean, I acted as the CEO's 'special projects' person, taking lead on projects ranging from creating new pricing models to overhauling product marketing to analyzing and entering new markets.

Analyzed the acquisition of or investment in Latin American companies

I worked on a multi-disciplinary team of urban planners, economists, and real estate financial analysts to redevelop and revitalize city neighborhoods throughout the west coast. Our clients ranged from public redevelopment agencies to large, private real estate developers. My role ranged from structuring financing from public & private sources to creating redevelopment plans that would maximize returns for all parties & meet city objectives around affordable housing, infrastructure, etc.

At IRSA, Argentina's largest real estate company, I was part of its internal consulting and analytical team. This team is charged with the creation of strategic plans and supporting analysis for real estate development and acquisition projects for the company, resulting in our entry into new sectors, such as lifestyle center, & new markets, such as Brazil and Uruguay.
